The Endorsing Company, hereby grants TruNorth Construction permission to use our marketing and contact information at their discretion for promotional purposes. This includes but is not limited to using our company name, logo, and any relevant contact details in their marketing materials, website, social media platforms, and other promotional channels.
Furthermore, we authorize TruNorth Construction to select and use reviews from our social platforms for their marketing purposes. This includes testimonials, ratings, and any other feedback provided by our customers on platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, Website, etc.
We understand that TruNorth Construction may choose to edit or modify the content for clarity, length, or formatting purposes while maintaining the integrity and authenticity of the original review. TruNorth will allow for prior review by Endorsing Company before execution of posting/publishing/displaying content.
By providing this consent, we acknowledge that TruNorth Construction has the right to use our endorsement and reviews in a manner that aligns with their marketing objectives and strategies.
I affirm that I am the authorized representative of the Endorsing Company and have the authority to grant this consent on behalf of the company.
This endorsement consent is valid indefinitely unless otherwise revoked in writing.
